These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yoraken Studio website and all products and services offered through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. HANDMADE & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All Yoraken Studio products are individually handcrafted after an order has been placed.

Because every item is made by hand, slight variations in resin flow, wood grain, finish, color tone, texture, polishing, dimensions, and artistic details are normal characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

2. ESTIMATED PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Orders are produced individually after purchase.

Estimated production and shipping times displayed on our website are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on production volume, holidays, logistics providers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

A delay within the published estimated delivery window shall not be considered a breach of contract and is not by itself grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & AI VISUALS

Yoraken Studio may use AI-assisted visualizations, concept renders, enhanced imagery, edited photographs, and promotional videos to showcase the artistic vision of our products.

These materials are intended to accurately represent the overall design and appearance of the final handmade product.

Due to the handcrafted production process, slight variations between promotional content and the final product may occur, including differences in:

  • resin flow
  • wood grain
  • lighting
  • color tones
  • surface finish
  • minor artistic details

Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment verification issues
  • pricing errors
  • inventory shortages
  • incorrect customer information
  • technical website errors

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible because materials and labor have already been allocated to the order.

6. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Yoraken Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • customs inspections
  • weather
  • carrier delays
  • strikes
  • force majeure events
  • inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

A package shall only be considered lost after a reasonable investigation with the shipping carrier.

Customers agree to allow sufficient time for international shipping delays before requesting replacements or refunds.

8. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws applicable in their country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • product designs
  • photographs
  • videos
  • AI-generated artwork
  • graphics
  • branding
  • logos
  • product descriptions
  • website layout

is the intellectual property of Yoraken Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yoraken Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

11. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact Yoraken Studio before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using available evidence including order records, customer communications, payment verification, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and carrier documentation.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. MODIFICATIONS

Yoraken Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
